To get started, we recommend you opt for the Recreational Gymnastics course (bout d’choux or feminine gymnastics, depending on your child’s age): These classes are fun, take place in small groups and are taught progressively. They’re ideal for developing motor skills and confidence, while taking the first steps into the world of gymnastics. At the end of the session, your coach will be able to guide you through the next steps.

Check our current schedule to choose the best time to join us in the gym!

The course schedule varies according to the season and the different disciplines offered. Physik offers between 4 sessions per year, each with its own duration and structure.

The Gymnastique Élite program is our competitive program for passionate young athletes who want to excel and perform in a structured and stimulating environment. Affiliated with the Quebec Gymnastics Federation and supervised by certified coaches, the program focuses on technical development, strength, flexibility and discipline, while fostering self-confidence and team spirit.

Gymnasts in this program take part in regional competitions, depending on their level and age. Training is more frequent and demanding than in the recreational program, to ensure optimal and safe progression.

For timetables and enrolment details, please consult the timetable page or contact our team for an assessment of your child’s level.

Physik ‘s Fun Cheer program is for girls aged 6 to 12 who want to learn cheerleading in a dynamic, inclusive and fun environment.

No experience necessary! Training focuses on fun, coordination, flexibility and team spirit, with no competitive objectives. The group will also learn choreography.

This is a recreational-only team, ideal for building self-confidence while moving and having fun with friends.

Tryouts are auditions used to select athletes who will join Physik’s competitive Elite gymnastics team.

During these evaluations, the coaches observe various aspects: the skills acquired, the technique and the general attitude of each participant, including motivation, concentration and team spirit.

Before the tryouts, Physi-k publishes the information document for the coming season.
