In September 2019, Centre Physi-K will open its doors to its first students. At that time, there were around 100 students and 4 trainers.
In fall 2021, over 500 students will be guided by some 20 extraordinary, passionate coaches who teach much more than a sport: they pass on their passion!
In 2022, Kym realizes that space is getting tight compared to what she wants to offer as an experience to everyone who enters Physi-K…
On June 17, 2024, after more than a year of hard work, ups and downs and perseverance, the small Centre Physi-K in Laval moved into a space of more than 10,000 sq. ft. and transports you to a unique, magical world where magic is created!
Through PHYSI-K INC. & PHYSI-K ÉLITE, our bubbly team continues to make their students shine in their uniqueness by getting them to take action and achieve the seemingly impossible!

But who is Kym?
Proud mother of two wonderful children, I am also the owner of Centre Physi-K Inc. and gymnastics expert. I love to move, but I love even more to pass on my great passion to others. I vibrate and run on positive energy and I absolutely want to contribute to the confidence of as many young girls/women as possible.
From an early age, I dreamed of having my own gymnastics and cheerleading center. I imagined a space where we could move, blossom and have fun shining together. I fell into the world of gymnastics in 1999. It’s as if it were yesterday: the flame is as bright as ever! The world of sport holds little or no secrets for me. Over the years, I’ve grown as a competitive athlete, coach, head coach and gymnastics director, day camp manager, dance teacher, training specialist and more. I gained experience over several years by piling up training courses before embarking on the Centre Physi-K adventure.
I now have a deep desire to help you achieve your dreams through Physi-K Inc. & Physi-K Élite Inc.
Because yes, it can! Because yes, you have the right to believe in yourself and find yourself strong and beautiful. YOU CAN SHINE AS BRIGHT AS YOU LIKE! Celebrate your strengths, recognize your weaknesses and persevere. You’ll feel all the strength you have inside you and reach the heights of your dreams!

Physi-K is the Centre par excellence for having fun! We are committed to the development of each and every one of our students, and to this end we work in small groups with one trainer or in teams of two. Our team undergoes continuous training to keep abreast of new teaching methods and to support our students in their development. We are available and attentive to our customers’ needs in order to offer the best possible service. ♥

We’ve expanded!!! As of June 17, 2024, our Center covers 10,000 sq. ft. of air-conditioned space! Visualize a growing company being transported to a magical world. Our new premises evoke an even warmer and more dynamic atmosphere, combining modernity and enchantment! Follow us on our social networks to get to know us better!
