The Physik Spring Break Camp is a day camp in Laval for children aged 6 to 12, focused on gymnastics and movement, offered during the school spring break week.

Where does Physik Spring Break Camp take place?
The camp takes place in Physik’s Laval facilities, in a safe, modern environment fully adapted to gymnastics and sports activities.
Our gymnasium is located near highways 15 and 440, on Industriel Boulevard, in Laval.
What activities are offered during camp?
How many hours of gymnastics are scheduled during the week?
The camp includes around 15 hours of gymnastics per week, supervised by qualified trainers.
Is the camp suitable for beginners?
Yes, the camp is designed to welcome beginners as well as experienced children, with activities adapted to each level.
How many children per group?
Groups are made up of 8 to 12 children, allowing for safe, personalized supervision.
Is daycare included?
Yes, daycare is included:
- Mornings from 7:30 a.m.
- Late afternoon until 5:00 pm

Spring Break Camp runs from March 2 to 6, 2026.
Is there an early registration period?
Yes. early bird period is offered, followed by a regular registration period. Places are limited.
How do I register my child for camp?
Registration is made directly online via Physik’s Qidigo platform. Early booking is recommended, as places fill up quickly.
Is it possible to register for the day?
Yes, absolutely! If you’re not available all week and only on certain days, it’s possible to register for the day. We invite you to download the flyer to find out more.
