Why choose gymnastics in spring

Gymnastics is recognized as one of the most complete sports for overall development. It improves coordination, strength, flexibility and concentration. According to motor development research, children who take part in gymnastics develop their balance, proprioception and ability to manage risk safely more quickly.

Spring is also a strategic time. After winter, children need to move around more. A 12-week session enables real, measurable progress, unlike one-off activities.

How to choose the right program

The most frequently asked questions online concern the ideal age to start gymnastics and the number of hours needed to progress.

Between the ages of 3 and 5, a one-hour session per week is sufficient to develop basic motor skills.
Between the ages of 6 and 10, 1.5 hours per week enables structured technical progression.
For motivated youngsters wishing to accelerate their development, 2-hour groups offer a more intensive framework.

Gymnastics is also an excellent foundation for other sports such as soccer, field hockey and dance. It improves coordination and strength.
