In September 2019, Centre Physi-K welcomed its first students with around 100 participants supervised by 3 trainers.
In the fall of 2021, hundreds of students were guided by some twenty passionate and extraordinary coaches, who go beyond teaching sports to pass on their passion and help their students shine in their uniqueness!
In 2022, Kym realized that the current space no longer matched her vision of the unique experience she had always wanted to offer every person who walked through the doors of Physi-K…
So, on June 17, 2024, after more than a year of hard work, perseverance and challenges, the little Physi-K Center in Laval made a fresh start, moving into a 10,000-square-foot space with air conditioning in summer!

From passion to realization!
I’m the proud mother of two wonderful children and the proud owner of Physi-K. Passionate about gymnastics from an early age, I’ve been lucky enough to turn this passion into a career that thrills me! My greatest joy? Passing on this positive energy and passion to as many young girls and women as possible, helping them build their self-confidence.
My childhood dream was always to have my own center, a place where we could move, grow and shine together. It was in 1999 that my great adventure in the world of gymnastics began, and even today, the flame is just as bright! With years of experience as a gymnast, trainer, head trainer and manager in several companies, I honed my expertise and acquired many skills before founding Physi-K Inc.
Today, my goal is clear: to help you achieve your dreams with Physi-K. Because yes, anything is possible! You have the right to believe in yourself, to feel strong, beautiful, intelligent, athletic – in short, to shine the way you want to! Celebrate your strengths, recognize your weaknesses and persevere. You’ll discover all the power within you, and reach the heights of your dreams!
