Recreational gymnastics
Gym classes for all ages and levels
Gymnastics is recognized for the beneficial effects it brings to children, such as improved motor skills, coordination, balance, strength, flexibility, autonomy, socialization, concentration and, most importantly for us, the development of self-confidence! Come and join in the fun in our gym classes for all ages and levels.

Recreational Cheerleading
Our passionate and bubbly cheerleading coaches share their passion and expertise with our cheerleaders aged 6 and up!

Tumbling Clinic
Do you want to improve your Tumbling so you can be part of a competitive team? Our Tumbling clinic is for you! We also offer private classes with elite coaches who will help you push your limits!
