At Physi-K we welcome toddlers from 18 months for parent-child classes, followed by age-specific groups (4-5 years, 6-14 years, 15+).<\/p>

To get started, we recommend you opt for the Recreational Gymnastics <\/em> course (bout d’choux or feminine gymnastics, depending on your child’s age): These classes are fun, take place in small groups and are taught progressively. They’re ideal for developing motor skills and confidence, while taking the first steps into the world of gymnastics. At the end of the session, your coach will be able to guide you through the next steps. <\/p>

The course schedule varies according to the season and the different disciplines offered. Physik offers between 4 sessions per year<\/strong>, each with its own duration and structure<\/strong>. <\/p>

Prices<\/strong> depend on the type of course, the number of weeks and the number of hours per week<\/strong>(cheerleading, gymnastics, initiation, competitive, etc.).<\/p>

The Gymnastique \u00c9lite program is our competitive program for passionate young athletes who want to excel and perform in a structured and stimulating environment. Affiliated with the Quebec Gymnastics Federation and supervised by certified coaches, the program focuses on technical development, strength, flexibility and discipline, while fostering self-confidence and team spirit. <\/p>

Gymnasts in this program take part in regional competitions, depending on their level and age. Training is more frequent and demanding than in the recreational program, to ensure optimal and safe progression. <\/p>

Physik<\/strong> ‘s Fun Cheer<\/strong> program is for girls aged 6 to 12<\/strong> who want to learn cheerleading in a dynamic, inclusive and fun environment<\/strong>.<\/p>

No experience necessary! Training focuses on fun, coordination, flexibility and team spirit<\/strong>, with no competitive objectives. The group will also learn choreography. <\/p>

Tryouts are auditions used to select athletes who will join Physik’s competitive Elite gymnastics team.<\/p>

During these evaluations, the coaches observe various aspects: the skills acquired, the technique and the general attitude of each participant, including motivation, concentration and team spirit.<\/p>

Yes! Physik offers dynamic and stimulating day camps during spring break (according to the calendar of the Centre de services scolaires de Laval) and during the summer. <\/p>

These camps are for children aged 6 to 12 and combine gymnastics, games, recreational activities, creative workshops, special themes and outings. <\/p>

Prices vary according to the length of the camp (full-day or half-day) and the week chosen.

We ask all participants to wear a swimsuit, but sports tops are also permitted. This can be a gymnastics top, a cotton dance top or a swimsuit. Shorts are permitted. <\/p>

The important thing is that they are comfortable and free to move.<\/p>
